Accounting Team Driver (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

• Individually contributing with expertise and managing projects and tasks
• Ensuring daily operations within the team align with departmental objectives and agreed-upon actions
• Maintaining team effectiveness and smooth operations by providing expertise, technical, and process leadership
• Taking a hands-on approach to daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed
• Managing and developing a smaller or less complex international team in their line of leadership
• Assisting in managing and maintaining accurate financial records across all entities, and providing services for the Austrian entity
• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assisting in the preparation of financial documents for international audits and regulatory reviews
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant financial regulations and internal controls
   

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Educational background in accounting, finance, or related fields
• Proven record of experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international environment
• Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the NGO sector and its operating environment
• Fluency in English and German
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is 52,000 - 57,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
