Communications Navigator (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

• Leading the development and execution of communications strategy plans as part of Animal Welfare Issues projects and campaigns
• Developing and maintaining a strong, consistent brand image of FOUR PAWS Germany
• Leading the development of social media channel strategies and defining target groups
• Monitoring of external trends, media dynamics, and public sentiment to anticipate emerging issues and ensure timely, impactful communication strategies
• Budget planning and Cost Center management
• Managing individual and team development, performance management and other operational leadership tasks such as leave day or overtime management

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of experience in the field of marketing and communications with an international focus
• In-depth expertise in the fields of brand communication, marketing and public relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Leadership skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to build and expand networks across departments and hierarchies
• Strong skills in the professional analysis of societal developments and know how to plan and implement large-scale PR or communications campaigns – ideally in a socio-political context
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
