Your contribution will be
- Leading the development and execution of communications strategy plans as part of Animal Welfare Issues projects and campaigns
- Developing and maintaining a strong, consistent brand image of FOUR PAWS Germany
- Leading the development of social media channel strategies and defining target groups
- Monitoring of external trends, media dynamics, and public sentiment to anticipate emerging issues and ensure timely, impactful communication strategies
- Budget planning and Cost Center management
- Managing individual and team development, performance management and other operational leadership tasks such as leave day or overtime management
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Several years of experience in the field of marketing and communications with an international focus
- In-depth expertise in the fields of brand communication, marketing and public relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Leadership skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to build and expand networks across departments and hierarchies
- Strong skills in the professional analysis of societal developments and know how to plan and implement large-scale PR or communications campaigns – ideally in a socio-political context
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
