
Country Director Vietnam (m/f/d)
Full-time | 40 hours per week | Split 3-4 days at BEAR SANCTUARY Ninh Binh & 1-2 days in Hanoi office

Your contribution will be
- Running day-to-day operations in the country
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the organisation’s strategy and mission
- Leading the country management team in implementing FOUR PAWS strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with the organisation’s principles, policies, processes and guidelines
- Working in close collaboration and consultation with Regional Director Asia as well as with Vietnam Country Office on international and national topics to ensure compliance with FP guidelines and national laws
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a multicultural environment within a medium-sized organisation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management Sciences
- Solid experience in operational and financial management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Proven staff leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Hands-on, compliant, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a start-up mentality
- Strong focus on operational compliance and organisational development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Strong commitment to animal welfare and ethical values
