Your contribution will be

  • Coordinating, planning, writing and editing on-brand, timely, relevant and engaging content for FOUR PAWS audiences across owned websites (using NEOS CMS) and other relevant digital channels
  • Analysing and optimising website content and user experience using Google Analytics, SEO tools and techniques, web accessibility standards, etc, working closely with IT colleagues on website functionality and usability;  
  • Working closely with our in-house Studio to co-create digital content, liaising closely with other colleagues across the organisation to plan and develop content 
  • Guiding and supporting country and sanctuary communications colleagues as needed  
  • Keeping abreast of digital trends, sharing observations and ideas, monitoring metrics and KPIs to inform analysis and decision-making 
  • Carrying out routine administrative tasks such as invoicing, compiling reports,  supporting the translation of content, etc.

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of experience, preferably in (digital) communication or (online) marketing, or other related areas  
  • Expertise in writing and editing content for different audiences (e.g., as website editor/content manager)  
  • Knowledge in CMS usage (preferably NEOS) is essential; SEO and UX would be ideal  
  • Excellent skills in English at a minimum C2 level (written and spoken)  
  • Team player with high social skills, reliability, and flexibility  
  • Pro-active and self-organising person, quick at adapting to a fast-changing environment  
  • High level of digital affinity and very good knowledge of Microsoft 365   
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission

  • The yearly gross salary range for this position is 41,000 - 46,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
