People Services Coordinator - HR Operations (m/f/d)

Would you like to contribute to something meaningful and work with us on our mission? This is your chance. We are hiring for two roles at different levels within People Operations to enrich our team.

Your contribution will be

  • Ensuring efficient people services for Austria-based international employees, in compliance with local laws and organisational policies
  • Administering Austrian benefits, grants/subsidies, and work permits in coordination with external service partners and authorities
  • Contributing to the payroll administration, maintaining and monitoring colleagues’ data in the relevant tools and providing statistics
  • Acting as the first point of contact for line managers and colleagues, providing guidance on individual requests
  • Supporting the development of consistent, high-quality service standards and efficient processes also on a global level, including guideline review and updates
  • Monitoring HR trends and regulations, sharing insights globally
    Proactively contributing to internal and cross-departmental projects

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of experience in people operations or human resources, covering the full employee life cycle, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience using an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to manage HR processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance
  • Knowledge of Austrian labour law and payroll accounting
  • Experience in HR process optimisation and project work to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or equivalent office software for day-to-day HR tasks and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
