Team Coordinator (Collaboration Coordinator) (m/f/d)

Full-time | 40 hours per week | Vienna Headquarters, Austria

Your contribution will be

  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the People Director, including calendar management, travel coordination and expense reports
  • Monitoring and coordinating departmental budgets and project tracking, supporting planning, reporting, and oversight of key People team initiatives
  • Supporting the strengthening of the global collaboration by coordinating meetings and cross-department collaboration, ensuring alignment with organisational and departmental goals
  • Organising and facilitating team events, workshops, and trainings, including venue booking and preparation of presentations and materials
  • Supporting project coordination, including tracking timelines and budgets, monitoring progress, and preparing presentations and reports
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all people-related topics, especially HR systems and data-related questions
  • Liaising with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials
  • Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures and supporting the implementation of People team initiatives and frameworks across operating countries
     

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Relevant professional experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or People & Culture roles, including responsibilities related to team coordination, project support, or organisational processes
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organisational Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with collaboration and project management tools is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative working style with high discretion
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

  • The yearly gross salary range for this position is 42,000 - 47,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
