Your contribution will be  

• Overseeing all financial and administrative functions, ensuring cost effectiveness and timely financial reporting
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures and systems for administration and financial support services and human resource management
• Ensuring that the office runs smoothly by implementing efficient time management concepts and reducing the waste of valuable resources
• Controlling and filing invoices, monthly statements, ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner, budget planning

Your profile ideally illustrates 

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance & administration, human resources or management
• Relevant experience in finance and administration
• Very strong Ukrainian skills, both written and spoken
• English language skills are a plus
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
